Update

And yet again, it took me years to come back to the weblog.

But I’m back. Well, lately I just spend my days at work. It’s not bad… but this is not what I want to do for the rest of my life. I have a couple ideas though. Last week, we had an extended weekend (let’s call it Easter holidays), that took me to the Highlands, directly to the arms of my beloved Argus. Which gave me even more ideas…

My iPod obsession drove me to buy a Sony Mp4 player : ). Just because for some weird reason iTunes doesn’t work properly on my laptop (or in my desktop for what it’s worth…). Anyway, I don’t regret buying this one. The sound is exceptional, the layout is beautiful, and it was cheaper. This was the baby I bought: Sony NWZ-A816 .

I’m also catching up with my readings, and yesterday I finished The Shadow of the Wind. And loved it! My favorite this year so far. Most of the time, I seize my lunch time to read. It makes me feel calm and relaxed and ready to embrace the long work afternoon.

Well, today I’m not all that inspired to write. I hope to suffer from the writing frenzy soon.

It’s been a long time…

… since I last wrote anything decent on this weblog. It’s not that I don’t want to, but as you might have guessed by my last post, the fact that I got a job, complicated a little bit my life when it comes to hobbies.

First of all, let me say that I’m enjoying my new job very much, although I’m still adapting to it. Everything is still new to me, even if I’m in similar functions to my previous jobs. I have to drive a little longer every morning and by the end of the day, but I actually enjoy it. And when it comes to work, I have a whole lot of props that help me with my daily work (so unlike the previous company I worked for…). The problem is when I get home I’m totally tired and I end up falling asleep on the computer. Literally.

As for my laptop: he is back! You know, part of the reason why I’ve been so quiet lately is partly because I’m still getting this notebook to work with everything I need. That takes time… and a lot of love. I still have a little problem. For some weird reason I can’t have iTunes installed, since it blocks my internet connection. This will prevent me from getting the iPod Touch I’ve been dreaming about for so long. Can anyone tell me if iTunes is totally necessary to insert music, videos and stuff into the Ipod? Help please…

Today, I have to get going. Is past midnight, and tomorrow I have to wake up early. Otherwise I’ll be a total wreck. I’ll try to post something tomorrow, with more info on my last 2 weeks. If not, please forgive me, for I’ve certainly fallen asleep.
